Laissez les bons temps rouler!

I am taking just a few hours off today to rest my arm from all the crocheting...I am now half way through the body of the afghan, need to hook the hearts, the edging and then start on the pig.

I did manage to get a pair of 12 mm eyes for the pig today. So he won't have to go through his little life being eye-less.

I stumbled upon this. I was on Ravelry, one of my fav places to be,  and then it just kind of stood up and introduced itself to me, so well, I felt obligated at that point to join in.  You can find the Ravelry page here, it's titled Un-Biased Scarf KAL.

I will be using Lion Brands Amazing yarn in the color way of Arcadia....it being Fat Tuesday and all, and that's just the type of sense of humor I have...so I went with it. Laissez les bons temps rouler! That's "let the good times roll" for all you non Cajun speaking folks.  :)

I know the pattern calls for sock yarn, but I rarely do what a pattern tells me to do...you know, I don't like just being outside of the box, sometimes I am not even in the same room as the box!

The KAL starts tomorrow, but I might not be able to start until the 14th, due to the whole trying to make an afghan in a few days type of crazy town that I got going on. Never a dull moment a Chez Mc Floss.  :)

Sending you all many stitches of love.  Au revoir my sweeties.
