Hey, can someone turn that afghan down....I need sunglasses....

So here is an update on my ripple afghan I am making.  I know I know, the orange is really bright...like a neon sign "look at me" bright. I know.

I would frog it, but I am super lazy right now and there is no way that I am gonna take out all of those stitches. No way. Nope, not gonna happen!

I do have to admit it is super soft. I am using Caron Simply Soft yarn in Mango, Lime Light, and Lemon Aide...It just makes me want to head straight into summer and sit at the beach with  a tall glass of iced tea and my crochet hook.  Ahhhh I can almost feel that warm breeze now....oh, sorry, I lost myself there for a moment.

Heading out today to the wilds of Hobby Lobby. I don't think they carry the Stardust yarn, but if they do, I can't promise I'll be a "good girl" and not buy it....I mean, if it just happens to fall into my hand basket while I am shopping, who am I to question!  :)

Wishing you a wonderful day filled with many stitches of love.   :)

Wow...it is bright! I like those colors together though. It certainly would cheer up anyone with the winter blues wouldn't it? :o) xoxo

Yarn? What yarn? I didn't see any yarn fall into the basket!

I love the blanket, you better not frog it..I think it is gorgeous..love the colors and everything. Enjoy your trip to Hobby Lobby..I have a question. Why are you going to Hobby Lobby if not to buy the yarn? You and I both know if you walk in that store you are going to walk out with something (or two). Gosh I wish I could go with you so I could talk you out of buying..LOL like that would happen..Have a great day and let us know what you didn't leave with..Blessings

I think these colors are fine, just not for January/February. In the summer they will be spectacular. And yes, I chjange my curtains and bedding every season. Because color matters.
